Lebron James, Cavaliers First Tip Off In The Region At MSG on December 4
August 13, 2014
Hoops lovers rejoice! The NBA’s 2014-15 schedule is out.
The Cavaliers first play in the region against Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knicks, playing at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night, December 4. Lebron then stays in town to face the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center on Monday, December 8. Cleveland play the youthful Philadelphia 76ers just once at Wells Fargo Center, on Monday, January 5.
In 2015, the Cavaliers return to The Garden for a Sunday, February 22nd matchup against the Knicks, then face the Nets on Friday, March 27 at Barclays Center.
NBA’s opening night slate will be highlighted by the world champion San Antonio Spurs facing the in-state rival Dallas Mavericks at home, not the Cavaliers as rumored. However, Lebron James will indeed be returning to South Beach for a Christmas early evening matchup.
Expect a ticket to see the Cavaliers in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Philly to be a hot ticket. In addition, the NBA All-Star Game will tip off at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, February 15,which would very likely include King James.
