Anita Baker Announces a Farewell Tour Set To Start This Spring

R&B legend Anita Baker announced on twitter January 2 she will tour in 2018.
The songstress, best known for her 80s and 90s hits like “Rapture” and “You Bring Me Joy” among other classics, posted on twitter that she will have a “Farewell Concert Series” due to begin in March:

Even before this social media post, one of her concerts, set for Jacksonville, FL on March 14, already went on sale. Tickets for her concert in Orlando, FL also now are available. Baker also did post on twitter she will headline the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival this spring.
The Detroit native last performed live on tour in 2009, making stops in Brooklyn among other North American cities.
