Silva and Diaz Will Enter The Octagon For UFC 183 On Super Bowl Weekend

UFC’s chief Dana White has announced July 29 that former middleweight champion Anderson Silva will face Nick Diaz as the headline bout for UFC 183 on Saturday, January 31 in Las Vegas.
Both of these fighters have had to overcome injuries to match up for this highly regarded bout. The Brazilian Silva is considered even by White as the greatest UFC fighter of all time. Diaz is a native of Stockton, California and is coming off a loss to French Canadian Georges St. Pierre this past March.
